Receiving
As soon as your unit arrives, we open the box and record all your information into our secure customer relationship management system. We capture everything that was received in the box, accessories and the condition of your unit. Our system tracks your unit and the work performed on it through each step of the repair process.

Repair and Testing
Your unit is then moved to one of our expert repair Technicians who diagnose and repair the problem using our proprietary diagnostic software tools to identify the repair needed. The broken parts are then replaced with one from Blue Raven Technology extensive inventory. These parts are backed by our industry leading warranty. A test is run to ensure your unit is operating to specification.

Final Testing
Once repaired, your unit is moved to our final inspection and quality assurance department where you it is tested again to ensure all parts and repairs were completed properly.

Shipping
The unit is then sent to the shipping department where a Blue Raven employee makes sure your laptop gets to you safely. Your unit will arrive at your door safely, securely packaged in shipping materials specifically designed for it.

Post Repair Support
We at Blue Raven believe in standing by our repair work. As part of our Repair Assurance, if you have any further problems with your unit, and is related to the parts that were replaced our customer service department will work diligently with you to resolve them.
