Warranty Information

Although Blue Raven Technology will work hard to always solve your problem, occasionally we might have to fall back on our warranty. We offer a one year limited warranty on all products sold. We warrant our retail hardware products are free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. This warranty extends to the original end-user purchaser from the time of retail purchase. The limited warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes, such as acts of nature. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Blue Raven Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.

Product Returns

Before contacting customer support, check our support pages. If your problem is still not resolved, contact our technical support team, for further help. If at that point you still require a replacement, our support team will provide you instructions for sending back your unit for replacement. All returns must be shipped to Blue Raven Technology prepaid. Blue Raven Technology will at its discretion replace the unit and return it to you postage paid.

On refunds: If you purchased a product directly from Blue Raven Technology website, we offer a 30 day refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.
