NoteFix offers two programs.

One Fix, One Price Rate
We charge one price regardless of the number of parts requiring repair,
including labor charges. The price depends on the make and model of your
computer, and which parts need replacing. There are two alternatives for this
program.

The Standard Price
covers: modems; drives; cables; power supplies; fans; keyboards; and logic,
audio, inverter, and video boards.

The Screen Price covers: malfunctioning screens; minor scratches on
screens; and broken hinges, latches, and bezels.
Fixes excluded from the program are:

Missing feet, buttons, and keycaps

Dented, scratched, or broken plastics
-
Batteries and docking station issues
-
Corrosion, rusting, or warping

Any form of liquid spill

Cracked or severely scratched screens

Laptops that have been dropped or otherwise physically damaged

Laptops intentionally loaded with defective parts

Itemized Repairs Rate
Normal wear and tear, physical damage, and those repairs that involve parts we
don't list above, qualify for this program. In it, we charge a flat rate of
$149 plus the cost of the replacement parts we install.
To bring you the best service possible, we need to be flexible. Occasionally, we
receive a laptop sent for the One Fix, One Price program that needs one
of the fixes covered by the Itemized Repairs rate. If a change from the
One Fix, One Price rate is necessary, we will get permission from you to
proceed with the repair. If you reject this change, we will return your laptop
in the same condition we received it. Return shipping is still free, and the
price for both the diagnosis and technician's labor is only $149.

After diagnosis, if you do not want NoteFix to repair your laptop, we will
return it to you in the same condition as we received it. Return shipping is
still free, and the price for both the diagnosis and technician's labor is only
