Charles S. Kouyoumjian

Charles S. has devoted his full-time efforts to the company since May of 1985 when he became one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the United States to launch a company dedicated to computer remanufacturing. As one of the first founders of a company in the fourth party repair industry, Charles S. has specialized in virtually every aspect of managing a factory level computer remanufacturing organization. Today, he is regarded by many in this industry as a leading expert on the business functions encompassing the production, business development and marketing associated with remanufactured computer products. He was instrumental in creating the Parts Advanced Exchange Program in 1990, thereby providing computer resellers and service organizations with critical service parts overnight.

Glen A. Kashgegian

Glen is a seasoned senior management executive in consumer electronics and high technology. He has built a reputation as an effective change agent for financially trouble companies. Glen possesses a rare combination of great business acumen coupled with excellent people skills which has earned him the trust and respect of business and banking communities, his peers, and his co-workers. Prior to joining Blue Raven in 2003, Glen was President and CEO of Printed Circuit Corporation, a $40M manufacturer of high technology complex rigid printed circuit boards. From 1980 to 1995 Glen has held various senior level positions in Fortune 500 and Footsie 100 companies, most recently as Executive Vice President and General Manager of a $40M service division of Granada PLC, an $8B multinational company. Glen formally served on the boards of the IPC and the Massachusetts High Technology Council. Glen is a frequent traveler to the Far East, where he partners with ODMs to offer service solutions and to develop products and innovations for exclusive introduction to US markets.

Glen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University and an MBA from Boston University.

Barry H. Yanes
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Barry joined the company in 2001 and has spent his entire career in the computer and high technology industry. Most recently he was Vice President of E-Commerce and Services at Polaroid Corporation where he developed e-commerce into a strategic corporate asset and integrated the acquisition of consumer electronics products into the web. From 1995 to 2001 he held various senior level positions in Fortune 500 and small companies, including roles as Vice President Sales, Vice President Product Management and Vice President Business Development at, the direct marketing division of CompUSA. Prior to that, Barry spent 20 years at Digital Equipment Corporation where he held numerous management roles, including US Director of PC Direct (the Dell direct sales business model), growing that division to over $300M in under three years and winning numerous industry awards such as “Fastest Growing PC Company” by COMPUTER INTELLIGENCE and "Most improved PC Vendor" by DATAMATION MAGAZINE & COWEN & Co.

Barry is a cum laude graduate of Boston College with a BS degree in Marketing and holds an MBA from Babson College.

Brian Farley

Brian joined the company in March 2001. From 1998 to 2001 Brian was Controller for two high technology companies that were venture capital funded and were in the high speed computer switch and internet based electronic publisher industries. At these companies, Brian was responsible for financial reporting, external audits, budgeting, cash management, human resources and administration, tax returns, and monthly investor presentations and related funding valuations diligence. From 1991 to 1998, Brian was Controller of Electronic Space Systems Corporation (Essco), a member of Senior Management and an Officer of the Company. Essco was a $30M manufacturer of Radomes, antenna systems and precision reflectors. Along with overseeing the financial operations of the company, Brian actively participated in the successful acquisition of Essco by L-3 Communications. From 1985 to 1991, Brian was a Senior Auditor in the Boston Office of Andersen (formerly Arthur Andersen & Co).

Brian is a cum laude graduate of Boston College with a BS in Accounting. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.

Edward J. Roubian
Vice-President of Manufacturing Operations

Ed joined the company in February 2004. Prior to that Ed served as Director of Quality for Printed Circuit Corporation, a $40M manufacturer of high technology complex rigid printed circuit boards. From 1995-2001 he served as the Director of Quality for L-3 Communications-Electronic Space Systems Corporation. From 1990-1995 he ran an engineering consultant business catering to the New England manufacturing industry. During the period from 1979-1990 he held engineering and managerial positions with Teradyne Connection Systems and Textron Defense Systems. Ed also served as a Captain in the US ARMY prior to joining the private sector.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.

Jeffrey Harrison
Director, Business Operations

Jeff is a product management and marketing professional who has spent 25 years in the technology industry. With over 20 of these years invested with Nortel, Jeff’s role was to evolve a global switch manufacturer into a value-added services company. This initiative included business units across the US, in Mexico City, Vancouver and Ottawa, Canada, before being permanently relocated to the Boston area. Upon the successful wind-down and sale of a Boston-based Nortel business unit, of which Jeff co-authored the prospectus and management presentation, Jeff joined and managed the P&L for a privately held fiber optic contract assembly firm. After transitioning much of the US based manufacturing to Mexico, and launching a fiber optic design and development service, Jeff joined the Blue Raven Technology team in November 2003.

Jeff holds a BS from RIT and an MBA from the University of Rochester.

Christopher Bowen
Director, Information Technology

Chris has spent his entire career in the technology industry and joined Blue Raven in its infancy in 1990. From 1990 to 1998 he held several leadership positions at Blue Raven including the start-up and management of the quality control and technical support operations. From 1998 to 2004 he managed several projects to modernize the information systems of the company and assumed the IT Director position in 2005.

Chris attended Northeastern University as a Computer Science major. Since 2003, he has also served as trustee of a multi-million dollar charitable trust.
