Is my credit card charged at the time I place my order?
No. Your card is debited only when items in your order actually ship and not at
the time your order is placed.
Are there any differences in paying with a credit card versus a debit card?
The main difference is that most credit card companies charge a customer's
account when items are provided -- in our case, at the time the items are shipped.
In contrast, most debit bank cards reserve funds at the time of the original
transaction, making it appear as if payment has been collected.
Why did I receive a declined credit card notice?
We were unable to receive authorization from your bank or credit card company.
Reasons for the decline include: insufficient funds, incorrect billing address
or expiration dates, incomplete or inaccurate number. If you received a declined
notice, please contact us.
