If you return your
unit for additional
service, it is given the highest priority at our

To process your return, we rely on unique serial number that we put on each
laptop computers/pc/iPod/iPhone/Game Consoles etc..
Then we will email you a return
merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please include that number, along with
your power cord, A/C adapter, and battery, when you ship your unit to us.
