single price. If your unit doesn't qualify for that program, you fall into the
Itemized Repairs rate, in which you pay for all parts used in the
repair plus a flat rate of $149. Both programs include free return overnight
shipping.

To ensure your laptop arrives safely, you may purchase a laptop transit box
from NoteFix for $35. Pre-paid shipping is included with this offer.
Be sure to have your shipping company insure the unit so that any damage in
transit will be fully covered. In addition, NoteFix makes sure to insure your
laptop when we return it to you.
Our goal is to repair all laptops within five business days, and we usually
complete most repairs more quickly. We return many laptops to their owners in

Yes. Our website includes a tracking capability that tells you exactly where
your computer is in the repair process and what the next step is. You can find
this information when you log on to the My Account page on the site. The page
connects you directly with our custom-designed customer relationship management
system. Once logged in, the page shows you which department is currently
working on your laptop: receiving, diagnostics and repair, testing, or
shipping. To further keep you informed, we also send you emails apprising you
of your laptop's status.

All NoteFix-repaired laptops come with a 30-Day Repair Assurance Guarantee.
We'll repair your laptop if there are any problems-at no charge. You also
receive our 180-Day Limited Warranty, which covers defects in workmanship
for any parts and labor provided to repair your computer. This warranty
includes the 30-Day Repair Assurance Guarantee.

Yes. When you purchase our repair service, you may also buy an extended warranty
for either 1 or 2 years. You may also purchase an extended
warranty for a laptop we have not repaired. In this case, we charge an
additional $50 inspection fee.
If you decide not to proceed with the repair, we'll return your laptop to you in
the same condition as we received it. You'll be charged the flat rate of $149,
which includes return overnight shipping.
