As soon as we open the box, we log your computer and all accessories shipped with it into your account in our
secure customer relationship management system. This system tracks
your laptop and the work performed on it through each step of the laptop computer repair process. We'll email you status
updates after your laptop completes each step.
From the receiving department, your laptop is taken to our lab where a technician uses the latest diagnostic
tools to identify the damage and the repairs needed. The broken parts are then replaced with parts from the
extensive Blue Raven Technology inventory. These parts have been fully tested and are backed by our Repair Assurance, which includes our 180-Day Limited Guarantee.
Once repaired, we move your laptop and accessories to the inspection department where another group of
