Sending your laptop to us is a simple two-step process.

Before shipping your computer to us, we strongly recommend that you back up your
data. Certain repairs may require us to modify system information, and
protecting yourself from inadvertent loss of information is very important.

Along with your shipping label, you'll need to send your AC adapter, power cord,
and battery to us, even if there isn't a problem with these items. In most
cases you can use your laptop's original box, but any shipping company can
package your laptop for secure transport. The extra few dollars is well worth
the reassurance you'll feel when you know your computer is protected.
Although the loss of a laptop or breakage sustained during shipping is extremely
rare, we do recommend that you insure the package. We also suggest that you
choose a company that tracks shipments, such as UPS.
If you wish to protect your computer even further, you can purchase from us a
box designed specifically for laptop transit for $35, which includes a prepaid
shipping label for standard ground shipping. The price also includes postal
insurance. Included with the box are all the packing materials you need to ship
your laptop securely. A box with an overnight shipping label is $50.

Please keep a copy of the tracking slip for your records.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your laptop to let you know that we
are about to begin the laptop repair process.
Once the repair is completed, we package your laptop and ship it to you
overnight free and with full insurance coverage.
