Order Extended Warranty

When your retailer fails you and other laptop repair services ignore you, NoteFix reaches out with exceptional customer support. We'll warranty any laptop in working order, no matter how old it is. Most manufacturers only offer extended warranty plans available for purchase within their original one-year warranty period.

If your laptop is a Compaq, HP, Toshiba, Apple, Sony, or IBM, then you may purchase an Extended Warranty of either one or two years. Our program covers all facets of the repair cycle, from technical support and labor, to replacement parts, to component level repairs, to overnight return shipping - all for one low, up-front price.

If you are not currently a NoteFix customer, we'll perform a full diagnostic inspection of your computer for a $50 fee, and your coverage will begin. (We wave this fee if you are already a customer.) You can also order the Screen Protection Plan to supplement to your Extended Warranty with protection for your laptop display in the case of physical damage. The price for one year is $99 and $149 for two.

At NoteFix, we guarantee all replacement parts under the applicable Extended Warranty plan for 180 days, or for the time remaining in your plan, whichever is longer. Our technical support is always free, and we are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST at 1-877-20-RAVEN. In addition, our proactive support team will contact you before the expiration of your warranty, giving you the opportunity to renew it online or by phone.
